: 7 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT UNILORIN HYPE AWARDS
Unilorin Hype Awards seeks to continually celebrate and honor students who have immensely contributed to the growth and development of arts, entertainment, fashion, media, music, sports and so on in the University of Ilorin.
Here are the 7 major things you should know:
1. Exclusive to Unilorin Students: This means only students of the University of Ilorin are eligible to participate.
2. 50 Awards Categories: Unilorin Hype Awards consists of 50 awards categories which covers various fields like achievements, arts, entertainment, fashion, media, music and sports.
3. Nominees List Would Be Released December 23rd: Nominations for Unilorin Hype Awards started November 1st and ended December 1st. A nominees list will be released December 23rd which will comprise of all the selected nominees for each category.
4. Nominees' Party Will Be Held Prior To Voting: A party will be organized for the selected nominees before the commencement of voting as a means of celebrating their nominations.
5. Winners Will Be Decided Through Online Voting: Voting starts immediately after the nominees’ party. Voting will be online and a nominee with the highest number of votes in each category wins. This would be CREDIBLE as voting results will be displayed online for everyone to see and monitor.
6. Certificate Of Participation: A certificate of participation will be issued to all the nominees in each category.
7. Winners Stand A Chance Of Getting Prominent Signings And Deals On The Grand Finale: Winners in each category stand a chance of getting prominent signings and deals on the grand finale by some reputable firm and brands in Nigeria.
