The Student of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Kaetochukwu Obi, who went viral a couple of days ago for dressing like a girl to canvass for votes for Students Union Government (SUG) election has emerged victorious. He is the new SUG Director of Transport of the institution.
